No... As long as you are nice about it, Road House nice, example "Is that your dog?" "Why yes it is." "What a great looking dog you have, I was admiring your dog, when it pooped over there." Then if they still dont pick it up, remember be nice, "I wonder what this park would look like if everyone left their dogs poop on the ground?" "If they still dont pick it up then walk over and pick it up for them." and really nicelly shove it in their face. Twisted Evil I'd never do that.
